Jared Dunn is top notch! He helped us find the perfect home within our budget in this INSANE market. You have to move fast right now and Jared answered our calls and texts quickly and would get us showings within hours of us asking him. He was very open with us when we would hit snags and let us know what was going on. We lost on a few offers, but every time he encouraged us that we would find the right home and we did! Plus he’s a ton of fun to hang out with.

When my wife and I began looking for a second home in Florida Jared was the only realtor we spoke with that we felt a connection with. Jared listen to our goals and provided us with options that had those goals in mind. Jared never pushed or attempted to force us into a location or home we did not want to consider, but he gave us a lot of good options to think about. Being from out of state I only had one day in town after narrowing our search. Again Jared went above and beyond to make sure I had all the time needed and did not feel rushed. After our offer was submitted he took more of his time to show me around the area to make sure we knew the available amenities and then he even offered to go out of his way to get me back to the airport for my flight home! Jared’s contacts in all facets of home buying really made our purchase and all the associated inspections stress free and easy to navigate. Jared stayed in contact and checked in on us throughout the purchase and even reached out to congratulate us on the closing date. During that phone call he offer to go and check up on the house, now that is a service I would never expect! Anyone looking for a courteous professional that provides a high level of service and does not make you feel pressured to make a choice to quickly should work with Jared, they will not be disappointed.

Jared and his team were fantastic!! From the pre-listing meeting Jared explained the selling process. This was followed by pictures, videos and drones taking overhead shots. The pictures came out amazing. From the first day the home was listed there were multiple showings. We listed on a Thursday. Open house was held on Sunday. The home was under contract by Monday after receiving multiple offers above asking price. The first contract fell through, but Jared had a second contract signed the next day. They were there for us every step of the way. We highly recommend Jared Dunn and his team if you want the best there is!!

Hey I was willing to take a survey on Jared because he was so helpful when I needed a home quick and easy. I was in the process of adopting my nieces and I needed a place big enough for all four of them and Jared was there day/night in day/night out along my journey of house hunting he even showed up to court to help me as a witness that I found a home.
